Pike School of Art Awarded $23,400 Operating Grant by Mississippi Arts Commission

McComb, MS – August 14, 2024 – Pike School of Art — Mississippi is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded a $23,400 Operating Grant from the Mississippi Arts Commission (MAC). This prestigious grant underscores MAC’s commitment to supporting the arts across the state and recognizes the vital role Pike School of Art — Mississippi plays in the McComb community.

The Operating Grant will enable Pike School of Art — Mississippi to continue its mission of fostering creativity, supporting local artists, and making the arts accessible to all. These funds will be used to expand programming, enhance educational outreach, and maintain the facilities that serve as a hub for artistic expression in Southwest Mississippi.
